What is it?
Identifies challenges: From our own on-the-ground experience and through our Consultancy, we identify challenges faced by arts and social change organisations and work with them to develop creative, long-lasting solutions. We focus on issues that they might struggle to overcome on their own due to lack of capacity or resources.
Finds solutions: At Take Note, we are able to take the time to dive deeper into these issues. We aim to understand their root cause, to experiment and develop potential solutions, and to support organisations to deliver these for maximum impact. And we evaluate the impact of our approach so we and the sector can learn from it.
Creates tools: Based on our experience, we develop open-access, user-friendly tools and dynamic workshops to deliver our approach. These are always informed by our partner organisations, with whom we collaborate to help us build, test and deliver possible solutions.
Disseminates: We share our ideas, tools and resources in collaboration with funders and networks, leveraging their reach to amplify the impact of our message and approach.
